If, for any reason, we have not provided you with the professional results our salon is known to deliver, please contact us as soon as possible, so an appointment can be made for you to have your service performed to your satisfaction at no additional charge. Please note the new appointment must be scheduled within 14 days of your original appointment for perms & 7 days for cut, color, or highlights

  • Method of Payment

    VISA, MasterCard, Discover, personal checks with proper ID and cash are gladly accepted. A $20 minimum is required for all credit card transactions. We regret that gratuities can not be added to card payments

  • Appointments

    Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. When cancelling or rescheduling an appointment, we respectfully request 24 hours notice. If you miss 3 scheduled appointments, we reserve the right to secure future appointments with a credit card

  • Gratuities

    Gratuities are not included. The industry standard is 15—20 % of the service fee. We regret that gratuities can not be added to card payments

  • Gift Certificates

    Gift Certificates are not refundable and may be used for services & retail products only

  • Children

    We understand that at times, it may be necessary to bring your children with you to the salon. However, for their safety, we request that you keep them seated in the waiting area

    Starting prices reflect Salon Team Pricing. All service providers are experienced, trained & licensed. However, prices may be higher with some service providers due to extensive experience & high demand. Prices are subject to change. Please check our website or call for current pricing

  It is recommended that brides come in 2-3 weeks before the day of their wedding to receive a trial wedding style by one of our talented stylists. It is also recommended that they bring in the veil to see the "total" look

  • Cyndi

    Cyndi has been a stylist for over 30 years and the owner of Hair Event for 17 years. Cyndi has a passion for hair design and pays attention to what the guest wants and through consultation determines what would work best for each individual according to desired look, commitment to hair at home, face shape & hair type. Education is the key to success and has helped Cyndi to specialize in many areas of Cutting, coloring, formal styling & color corrections. Over the years Cyndi has competed in the National Cosmetology "total look" competitions and has won first place in 1992 then third place the following year, when she encouraged a stylist she mentored in her salon joined and won first place and Cyndi third! It was then that Cyndi realized the joy of mentoring, it was more enjoyable than her first place win! More recently Cyndi has been trained in NYC with professional photographers and models to become an editorial stylist and is now a part of the Tearsheet Artistic Team. With that gained experience Cyndi and some of her team work with local photographers /models on a monthly basis doing themed workshops providing Hair Makeup services. From Cyndi: "I love owning my salon and appreciate all the past and present staff members who have helped the salon have sustainability & consistent business over the years, I did not do it by myself. It has been a wonderful journey full of many ups and downs, however there is no other career I could imagine for myself, and I still love it. I take pride in my salon and my staff and there is nothing more rewarding than to look out from my desk and see my staff interacting, with guests and each other, creating beauty, smiling, enjoying their work and workplace and prospering. There is nothing better than when a guest arrives feeling down about themselves & their hair and then when they are done their service they just glow and to know we made them not only look good but feel good on the inside is very rewarding. I feel fortunate knowing that what I do and how I make a person in my chair feel no matter what the age I have had a part in making a positive difference in their life.I think every stylist who has a love of their work and people would say the same."
